These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.pickoko.com and purchases made through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below (Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Privacy Policy and Limited Warranty Policy).

1. Store Operator
This website is operated by Langfang Xuntong Trading Co., Ltd., Room 502, 5th Floor, Yuexing Plaza Office Building, Economic Development Zone, Wen'an County, Langfang City, Hebei Province, China. Contact: service@pickoko.com. 

2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to use this website or place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials.

3. Products and Production Variations
We aim to describe our products, specifications, dimensions, colors and availability accurately. Minor variations in finish, texture, color and dimensions may occur between items or production batches; such variations are natural characteristics of production and finishing, not defects. Product details and availability may be updated without notice. Images may look different on different screens.

4. Orders, Prices and Payment
Prices, discounts and available payment methods are shown at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm it. We may contact you, or cancel and refund an order, if an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be verified, we suspect fraud, or we cannot deliver to the address provided.

5. Shipping
Processing times, delivery estimates, carriers, tracking and charges are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Returns, Refunds and Warranty
Eligibility, time limits, return authorization, refund timing and warranty coverage are described in our Refund & Return Policy and Limited Warranty Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Correct Use and Care
Products must be used for their intended purpose and installed or used in accordance with any instructions and care guidance provided with them. Where applicable, check fittings and product condition periodically. Lack of reasonable care or failure to follow provided instructions may affect warranty coverage.

8. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content without permission, interfere with other users, impersonate others, or use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.

9. Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, product designs, photography and original materials belong to Pickoko or their respective owners and may not be copied, modified, distributed or commercially reused without written permission.

10. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is accurate and lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights. You grant Pickoko a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, translate and display that content in connection with our products and services. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services
Shopify, payment providers, carriers and external links may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites we do not control, except where law provides otherwise.

12. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Service Availability and Liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions or errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, Pickoko is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence. Where practical, please contact service@pickoko.com first so we can try to resolve any dispute directly.

15. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order unless the law requires otherwise.
